Job description
You are responsible for customer service and product delivery through constant liaison with clients and suppliers on all matters relating to print and campaign management services. You will liaise with this client on all existing and forthcoming projects to ensure client’s expectations are met. You will be expected to uphold and develop the client relationship and ensure consistent quality of work produced. You can oversee client briefs accurately to optimise production. You liaise between the client and the production facility to ensure all information is correctly interpreted both creative and as regard to timings. All requests for quotations and other related services will be processed in a responsive manner and clients will be updated regularly on the progress of their work.

Profile
You have a Bachelor degree and 3-5 years work-experience in an international environment as a Account Manager. You have an excellent knowledge of project/print management and the German printing industry (Suppliers, printers etc.). Strong customer skills will be critical plus a excellent knowledge of brand management and litho sheet fed production. You are able to demonstrate an understanding of the client and work produced by the client. You have presentation and influencing skills and an ability to lead the client’s decision-making. You uphold and represent the company on a daily basis within the client facility, developing relationships with all relevant departments. The business language for this client is both German and English. Strong written, spoken and technical skills in both languages are critical.
