Engelse Manroland ook in surseance

Onze Engelse collega’s van Printweek berichten dat ook het Engelse Manroland in de problemen zit. Ook zij hebben uitstel van betaling aangevraagd.
Uit het Engelse bericht: ‘Manroland Great Britain has filed for administration at the High Court, PrintWeek can exclusively reveal. According to the High Court Index, Manroland Great Britain filed a notice of intent to appoint an administrator yesterday (5 December). It said that the application was made by the directors of the company. Manroland GB was not available for comment at the time of writing but said that a statement would be issued later today (6 December). The notice of intention follows parent company Manroland AG which filed for insolvency at the district court in Augsburg, Germany, on 25 November, at which time Manroland GB managing director Norman Revill said that the UK arm was ‘okay and solvent’.'
